Responding to requests sent through the contact form and handling rights requests. The legal basis is your consent, given through an unticked checkbox.

Contact form: name, business email, company, job title (optional), subject, message.

Rights form: name, email, request type, message.

No data is collected for marketing or profiling.

Data is intended solely for THINLINE's teams.

Processors: website host Genious (server located in Morocco); Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), transactional email delivery service.

Hosting: the website is hosted in Morocco (Genious); no transfer outside Morocco for this purpose.

Email delivery service (Resend, Plus Five Five, Inc.): emails sent through the forms transit via the United States. In its privacy policy (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy), Resend commits to transferring data only with adequate controls and security measures in place. This transfer is covered in the declaration filed with the CNDP.

Messages are not stored on the website: they are forwarded by email and kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last exchange.

Under Law 09-08, you have the right of access, rectification and objection. Exercise them via the “Exercise my rights” page or at privacy@thinline.ma.
